Lunch               Ham Salad and Fat Free Muller Light Yoghurt
Tea                   Potato Croquettes, tin of tuna and 2 poached eggs
Snack               Apples
Drinks               Green Tea and Water

Cheats              Mint Aero Bar (oops, I did it again!)
